ReedPop and the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) announced that E3 2023, that was to take place between June 13-16 in Los Angeles, has been officially cancelled. E3 was previously cancelled in 2020 & 2022 due to the pandemic. They held a digital event in 2021 that was received with mixed reactions.
Prior to Thursday’s announcement, a number of companies like Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, Sega, and others had already stated that they wouldn’t be attending the event.
